Introduction

The Town Council comprises five quite distinct communities: Frinton on Sea, Great Holland, Kirby Cross, Kirby le Soken and Walton on the Naze. The Town Council is situated on the Essex Coast, in the area of the Tendring District Council. The Town Council was established in 1974 as a successor Town Council to the former Urban District Council.
